Eliminate pesticides from your diet
This is my first attempt at a blog. So I’m going to start with something I’m very passionate about; informing people of what gets into their food. I believe everyone should begin to switch to an organic and sustainable lifestyle. The change doesn’t have to be all at once, but change the most dangerous ones immediately.

* Milk
* Nectarines
* Peaches
* Peanut butter
* Pears
* Potatoes
* Raspberries
* Spinach
* Strawberries
Pesticides have been linked to a growing list of illnesses and cancers.
