His view of our food system, opened my eyes to a world that once I became aware of, I could not ignore.
It started with The Omnivore’s Dilemma, exposing the industrial food business and highlighting the need to consume organic produce.

Pollan says, “The way we’re growing food is a key to the health care crisis on the one side and climate change and energy crisis on the other side.”
